Light pressure with elongating strokes to help increase blood flow and muscle conditioning.
Deep Tissue
Very firm pressure, designed to release the tension in the deepest muscles.
Full Body Stretching
Stretching the body from head to toe to help with mobility and blood flow.
Trigger Point Therapy
A safe pain management technique using acupressure, hands not needles.
Lymphatic Drainage
Designed to drain the lymph fluid from the body which helps increase healing.
Prenatal
Pregnancy massage to help mom address pain and obtain comfort.
Hot Stones
Using heated stones to increase healing in the deepest muscles of the body.
Cupping
Increases blood circulation to the area the cups are placed, promoting faster healing.

- All services are by appointment only (no walk-ins).
- We will try to accommodate schedule requests outside normal business hours as best we can.
- Evening appointments available upon request.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit to fill out our information form.
- We ask no minors please.
- For your convenience we accept payment via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cash App, or Venmo at the time of your service.
- Cancelations without 24 hour notice will be charged a $20 rebooking fee, due at the time of booking.
- We recommend you book next appointment at the conclusion of your session.
